Legacy announce entrance to VALORANT with new roster | VALORANT NEWS

Legacy Esports

Legacy’s roster consists of Fergus “ferg” Stephenson, Dale “deoxiDE” Carta ferg, deoxiDE, gazR, and pan1k all fit the mold of an older, experienced Counter-Strike crossover, while zenk0k0 is a newer VALORANT player. ferg played Counter-Strike competitively as far back as 2004. He played larger events on French teams throughout the 2000s, then came back to his local Australian scene. ferg played for several years in Australia, moved to coaching with Tainted Minds, later known as ICON Esports and Chiefs Esports Club, and made a brief reappearance in competitive play this year. gazR, similarly, has played as far back as 2006, though only in the Australian region. deoxiDe played competitively mainly from 2015-2017, even representing Legacy at one point, while pan1k has played back since 2016 representing organizations like Chiefs, Athletico, Avant, and Ground Zero.

In VALORANT, ferg and zenk0k0 are the most notable. ferg was the sentinel player for Team Launch, who won the ORDER Oceanic Open and placed second in the Rise of Valour – Finals. zenk0k0 was the Sova player for Ground Zero

Legacy have signed a very experienced Counter-Strike core to go with a younger talent in zenk0k0. We will see if their approach pays off in First Strike, where they should be considered one of the favourites to win the entire event.

Legacy Esports are:

Fergus “ferg” Stephenson
