DarkZero Esports signs Kooky Koalas roster | VALORANT NEWS

DarkZero Esports, an organistaion best known for their Rainbow Six team, has signed the promising lineup of Koalas Roster ahead of VCT Stage 3 next month.

The roster of Kooky Koalas first formed at the end of February and since has had a number of notable results including qualifying for the VCT Stage 1 Challengers 3 event after beating beastcoast, Built By Gamers and Spacestation Gaming respectively in Challengers 3 Open Qualifiers.

As well as this they played in the NSG Monthly Finals in April and the Pittsburgh Knights Monthly Gauntlet April: Easter Cup, May: Spring Fling, and June: The Cook Out! winning the latter event following a 2-1 win over the Susquehanna Soniqs in the grand-finals.

The team now joins the DarkZero Esports organisation in their first expansion outside of the Rainbow Six Esports scene. DZ, which recently competed at Siege’s Six Invitational World Championship event, currently runs a team house in Las Vegas and is considered one of the best teams in North America.

This roster pickup has been long rumoured with delays in getting the Canadian members of the team to DZ’s facilities in America attributed to why. With DarkZero having invested a lot into their R6 roster, this is a key addition to the VALORANT scene as the org hopes to establish themselves further.

DarkZero Esports are now:

Kyle “ScrewFace” Jensen
Yannick “KOLER” Blanchett
Nick “Harmon” Harmon
Adam “Ange” Milian
Andy “Andersin” Collins

Zack “huuaw” Solomon (coach)
